Job Responsibilities
1.	Check materials before sampling
2.	Check every lot of leather to ensure it is up to standard to use, especially the sample set leather
3.	Check every sample, from in-line to finish products
4.	Set up standard for workmanship level as well as the SOP of some special construction
5.	Educate the factories to make samples up to the brand requirement
6.	Provide construction advice from a production point of view  
7.	Track status and ensure timely completion of samples
8.	Ensure style alignment among factories
9.	Able to travel daily to factories in Guangdong province, mainly in Dongguan and Guangzhou
10.	Performing any other duties as assigned by Sourcing & Product Development Manager or Assistant Product Development Manager

Requirements
1.	University or above
2.	No less than 15 years’ working experience in leather handbag development and production
3.	More than 10 years of experience as Handbag Technician
4.	Expertise in paper pattern making/manufacturing a preference
5.	Good computing knowledge
6.	Expertise in DXF, Adobe Illustrator, computer-aided design (CAD), or Adobe Photoshop an ADVANTAGE.
7.	Fair spoken & written English & Chinese, fair spoken Putonghua
8.	Team player
